The Green Eyed Venuist

I see the world, not through rose colored glasses, but through two green eyes. In my industry, venue is a place in which events giving rise to a legal action occur. A change of venue = a fair trial. So, I created "venuist" - one who believes that a destination can give rise to some action or emotion. So, the idea is to gain an advantage by travel, any advantage. That's me. I'm a venuist with insatiable wanderlust: a fire inside me that cannot be extinguished and only grows with each journey.

Will You Live In Fear?

This week, there was a terrorist attack in Istanbul.

Right in the middle of the Sultanhamet Square....in the heart of Istanbul's most touristy area.

In the very same part of Istanbul where I stood in September of 2014, admiring the marvels of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. I really loved it there.
